We treat molluscum contagiosum the same way we treat warts.. Molluscum Contagiosum can be treated with cryotherapy or freezing, destroyed with various acids or blistering solutions, or treated with an electric needle (electrodestrcution) . Molluscum Contagiosum can also be treated with laser treatment . All of these treatments are performed in our office on an out patient basis. If there are many molluscum contagiosum , we follow the patients frequently until they disappear.
